Taking a Break

Me, hard at work - age 4

Hello, Dear Friends, I have been so busy
here that I am unable to find time to
give you a proper visit!

I have not forgotten my sweet friends!
I think I just need a little break right now
to catch up on things.

As soon as the dust settles
(literally and figuratively!),
I will come calling once again.
So keep that tea-kettle warm for me!

I also want to wish you all a very
Lovely and Happy Easter!

xoxo

Wishing you the very best in dealing with whatever task is calling you!
There is always so much to do around our property and in the house.
We just got back from 6 lovely, sunny days in Arizona but one pays for that! Playing catch up now.
    Hugs,

  18. What a precious photo of you! I too ironed at a very young age, in fact, I would iron mens shirts for 25 cents each for my mothers friends. My first job around the age of 7. :-) wow!
Karen, enjoy your time of rest and may you come back to us refreshed in many ways.
The kettle will be on waiting for your return.

    Have a blessed Easter.
    Much love, Debbie

  26. Dear Karen! I will be missing you and your wonderful adventures, but totally understand about needing to catch up. Sometimes life just keeps you bush and the computer has to take the back seat. Hope that your Easter is blessed and will look forward to seeing you again when the time is right for you. Hugs to you!

  28. Oh, I love this picture, Karen. There's nothing more beautiful to me than a black and white photo. I used to go through my mom's old black and whites and wondered about the story behind them. You look adorable in this picture.

    Have a happy week.

    love, ~Sheri
