Taking a Break

Hello, Dear Friends, Life is catching up to me 

and I need to take a break. 

My summer will be full with grand-babies, 

a wedding, a trip to Italy, 

and ongoing home improvements in between. 

My blog has also had some problems with link-ups, 

updates and other issues that need to be addressed. 

So, I want to wish you a lovely summer, full of sweet 

and simple days that bring beautiful

 memories down the winding road of life. 

  I will see you in the Fall (my favorite season),

when life slows down a bit.

Taking a Break

Hello, Friends, I wanted to let you know that I am taking 

a short break!  Life is catching up with me and there is

never enough time in the day!

I really wish I was with this chubby kitty hanging out 

in what looks like, a charming little town.

No, instead, I am just keeping ahead of things here with the 

gardens and home projects - nothing glamorous,

 just things like washing the deck chairs

 and giving them a new coat of paint - and the never ending

organizing that goes with managing a life. 

Plus, I am planning a party for my daughter's birthday,

 and I am time strapped. 

So, I apologize for my absence and hope to be back soon!

Taking a Break

Hello, Dear Friends, I have been so busy

here that I am unable to find time to 

give you a proper visit! 

I have not forgotten my sweet friends! 

I think I just need a little break right now

to catch up on things. 

As soon as the dust settles 

(literally and figuratively!),

I will come calling once again. 

So keep that tea-kettle warm for me!
