Adding a bit of mystery to an ordinary scene.
Lending a fairy tale quality to the late afternoon.
Beckoning me to follow......

Guilded Leaves, dancing in the fading light
as if lit from within.
Prisms of light.
A final curtain call, before the last act of the day.

Those pictures take me back to my childhood when I'd spend the entire day, sunrise to sundown, playing in those woods. I can still smell the clean air. We knew every inch; where every single Easter Lily was, which trees we could climb and of course where the boys had their forts. Ha!
